Courtney Lowrance

Courtney is Global Head of Environmental and Social Risk Management (ESRM), a unit that advises Citi’s senior management and bankers on environmental and social risk issues and transactions globally. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of sustainable finance, and her team works with risk officers to ensure environmental and social risks are integrated into financial analyses and Citi’s portfolio management process. Prior to joining Citi, she was employed by AECOM as a biodiversity specialist where she conducted due diligence on behalf of development finance institutions, primarily in the extractives sectors.
